Police have identified the man who reportedly fired shots at neighbors and set his own house on fire Sunday in Buchanan before being found dead. Michigan State Police say they have identified the man as Theodore Lanser. Police received assistance from the FBI and the South Bend Police Forensics Lab, who compared fingerprints from the body with prints already on file for Lanser.
